The 2026 Chengdu International Petroleum and Chemical Technology Equipment Exhibition, also known as the cippe Chengdu Petroleum Exhibition, was held from September 21 to 23 at the Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The three day event brought together more than 400 companies from the oil and gas and chemical industries, creating opportunities for technical exchange, business discussions, and industry cooperation.
During the exhibition, the Guangzhou Dongsu booth welcomed visitors from China and overseas. Industry professionals, oilfield service companies, and potential business partners stopped by to learn more about Dongsu products and discuss their equipment requirements.
At the booth, the Dongsu team introduced several key products, including BOP control systems, choke manifold control panels, and pneumatic pressure test units. These products are part of Dongsu's long standing focus on well control equipment and related technical solutions.
The face to face discussions also gave the team an opportunity to better understand the equipment needs of customers working in different operating environments.
As discussions continued, shale gas development in Southwest China became one of the topics of interest. Representatives from Dongsu met with oil and gas companies, oilfield service providers, and procurement teams to exchange views on equipment requirements and potential cooperation.
The conversations were particularly useful for understanding the practical challenges faced by companies working in the region and the type of well control equipment they may require.
Beyond product introductions, the Dongsu team spent time discussing specific technical requirements with visitors. The conversations covered equipment functions, operating conditions, application requirements, and maintenance considerations.
