Case Introduction

In the field of industrial production, a lot of dirt will accumulate on equipment after long-term use, which seriously affects the performance, life and production efficiency of the equipment. In order to solve these pain points, this decision was made to launch a high-pressure cleaning workshop project, hoping to create a modern cleaning solution that is efficient, accurate and can adapt to the cleaning needs of various equipment.

The project team communicated in depth with the customer to learn more about the customer's equipment type, cleaning requirements, production process and other information. On this basis, a preliminary high-pressure cleaning workshop plan was designed, and technical discussions and plan optimization were conducted with the customer many times to determine the final implementation plan.

  • Advanced Visual Recognition and Radar Imaging Technology: Through a high-precision visual recognition system and advanced radar imaging technology, it can accurately locate the equipment to be cleaned, realizing intelligent operation and significantly improving the accuracy and efficiency of the cleaning process.
  • Broad Equipment Applicability: The cleaning system constructed in this project has extremely strong versatility and can be adapted to a variety of equipment types and specifications, effectively meeting the needs of different customers and diverse production scenarios.
  • Multi-angle Cleaning Solution with a Mechanical Cantilever: A flexible adjustable mechanical cantilever structure is adopted, which can achieve a full 360-degree all-round and multi-angle cleaning operation, ensuring that every tiny corner of the equipment can be thoroughly cleaned and greatly improving the cleaning quality.
  • Cold/Hot Water Dual Pump Group Cleaning System: Equipped with a cold and hot water dual pump group system, it can freely switch between cold water and hot water for cleaning according to the actual conditions such as different equipment materials and dirt characteristics. This significantly enhances the cleaning effect and expands the application range of the cleaning operation at the same time.
  • Efficient Air Blowing and Drying System: A high-performance air blowing and drying system is built-in. After the cleaning operation is completed, it can quickly dry the residual water on the surface of the equipment, effectively shortening the equipment drying time, reducing the risk of equipment damage caused by moisture, and ensuring that the equipment can be quickly put into subsequent use.
  • Integrated Design of the Cleaning and Air Blowing Shared Nozzle: An innovative integrated design of the shared nozzle for cleaning and air blowing is adopted. The functions of cleaning liquid spraying and strong wind output can be quickly switched at the same nozzle.
