BOMCO OMAN Project

Case Introduction

In 2021, we successfully exported 4 sets of BOP control system FKDQ1280-7 to Oman through Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd. (BOMCO). The project took 18 months from inquiry to order implementation. Technical requirements and standards are constantly added, which increases the difficulty of equipment design and production.

Process

This project adopts frame protection room, highlighting the requirement that all electrical components of the whole equipment must pass IEC or ATEX certification, which greatly improves the safety of the equipment. It took 18 months from the signing of the order to the production, acceptance and certification of the equipment. After the successful delivery, the user carried out the overall one-year drill joint commissioning test, and the final acceptance was passed to obtain user satisfaction.
