DST105-J electric pressure test unit is newly developed large displacement high pressure test unit equipment and it's powersystem is high pressure test pumps, which is produced with germany technology. The high pressure test pumps has much advantage such as running stability, small size, lightweight, low noise, easy maintenance and high efficiency. It can be used as effusions in the oil field , power for hydraulic pressure, transportation, for liquid, desulfurization and denitrification, cleaning task.
The electric HPTU is equipped with an explosion proof inverter motor and an explosion proof inverter. It can be used in hazardous area. It’s displacement can be regulated by changing speed of the motor to control the speed of pressurization. The unit is equipped with a color recorder and can record the data by number of runs. The data also can be transferred to the attached computer via USB port and printed with upper computer software.
